💼 About This Role

You'll source and engage candidates for US-based Go To Market roles at a leading healthtech AI company. Your core impact will be building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You'll work as part of an experienced international recruiting team in a hybrid role based in Brooklyn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates via job posts, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Craft outreach messages to attract strong candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
• Help improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of sourcing and recruiting for GTM roles
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and search skills
• Experience conducting candidate screening interviews
• Organized and able to manage multiple roles at once

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Familiarity with Ashby ATS and other AI tools
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment
