You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value. You'll manage the customer lifecycle post-sale, including adoption, value realization, and renewal execution, while collaborating with a technical success manager and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in software/hardware customer success or account management
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and influence executives
  • Proven expertise in digitizing processes and implementing new technologies
  • Technical understanding of industrial manufacturing machines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio of strategic accounts, accountable for retention, renewal, and expansion
  • Build and maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and drive mitigation plans
  • Develop and execute account plans aligning customer objectives with commercial growth
  • Lead customer engagements (QBRs, executive reviews) articulating ROI and value
