You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value. You'll manage the customer lifecycle post-sale, including adoption, value realization, and renewal execution, while collaborating with a technical success manager and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software/hardware customer success or account management
- Strong ability to collaborate with and influence executives
- Proven expertise in digitizing processes and implementing new technologies
- Technical understanding of industrial manufacturing machines
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own portfolio of strategic accounts, accountable for retention, renewal, and expansion
- Build and maintain accurate renewal and expansion forecasts
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and drive mitigation plans
- Develop and execute account plans aligning customer objectives with commercial growth
- Lead customer engagements (QBRs, executive reviews) articulating ROI and value
