💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients in eastern North Carolina. Your work enables patients to remain safely at home while receiving rehabilitative care. This per diem role offers flexibility with 1-2 days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct home visits for evaluation and therapy
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care
• Document care using electronic tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current SLP license in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Solid computer skills for documentation
