You'll lead full-cycle sales across labor trust and SLED markets, driving growth for a mental health platform serving union, government, and education clients. You'll build direct relationships with trustees, union leaders, and public sector decision-makers to close multi-stakeholder deals. This role offers the opportunity to expand access to mental healthcare for working families while operating in a high-growth, mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own full sales cycle across Labor Trust and SLED segments
  • Develop territory strategy targeting Taft-Hartley funds and government agencies
  • Partner cross-functionally with BDRs, alliances, and channel partners
  • Navigate complex RFP and public procurement processes

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales experience
  • 5+ years selling into Labor Trust or SLED environments
  • Proven track record closing 6-figure+ enterprise deals in regulated environments
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making including trustees and government officials
