💼 About This Role

You'll perform external customer service at their point of sale and manage stock and returns at the logistic hub. You'll be a Green Angel ensuring clients properly use our products. This role stands out for its combination of field visits and warehouse duties.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Attend customers at their sales points to initialize products
• Manage stock, receive assets, and perform reverse logistics
• Organize, triage equipment, and conduct periodic inventory
• Follow traffic safety rules and analyze safety indicators

📋 Requirements

• Active CNH B or AB (car) for at least 2 years
• Less than 10 points on CNH in the last 12 months
• Completed high school (Ensino Médio)

• Technical or higher education in Social Applied Sciences (Logistics, Administration)
• Customer service experience
• Logistics experience
• Intermediate/advanced Excel
