💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the management team with daily operations and sales targets. This role offers the chance to lead on the sales floor and open or close the store.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.
