You'll own the generator customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion, working closely with the Account Management Lead and VP of Sales. Your core impact is driving retention and net revenue retention while building scalable playbooks.   • Serve as primary contact for generator customers across onboarding to renewal.
  • Build relationships, solve blockers, and drive retention and expansion.
  • Identify customer journey gaps and design scalable improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and share customer voice.
  • Analyze usage data to identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities.

  • Proven experience in account management or customer success in fast-moving B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial instincts for driving expansion above targets.
  • Fluency in CRM tools like HubSpot and ability to translate data into actions.
  • Comfort operating at high velocity, managing hundreds of accounts.
