You'll join Scion Group as a Leasing Consultant, combining marketing, sales, and customer service in a student living environment. You'll drive leasing through tours and community engagement, ensuring exceptional resident experiences. This role offers a dynamic, collegiate atmosphere with growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Provide community and amenity tours** to prospective residents.
• Execute sales and engagement initiatives as outlined by management.
• Assist with social media and communication on various platforms.
• Log, file and retrieve customer packages and assist with housekeeping.

• Availability to work during summer, holidays, and Turn periods.
