Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, performing regular maintenance, and responding to service calls, including emergencies.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, electrical components and refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass DOT physical and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
