💼 About This Role

You'll join Vast's team to build high-quality wire harnesses and flight-ready avionics for next-generation space stations. You'll work closely with engineers to rapidly iterate electronic components and cables. This is a second-shift role at our Long Beach facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Construct wire cables, perform PCB assembly rework, and assemble racks/systems.
• Assist avionics engineering by rapidly iterating electronic components and cables.
• Interpret cable wiring diagrams, schematics, and regulated documentation.
• Verify flight hardware and document outcomes thoroughly.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 3+ years experience manufacturing wire harnesses in aerospace using D38999 connectors.
• 2+ years experience using electronics equipment such as power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes.
• 5+ years experience using basic mechanical or electronics hand tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate degree or higher.
• Experience in high-speed production with flight hardware.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (SVN, Confluence, JIRA).
