You'll collaborate with cross-functional teammates to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to customer usage. You'll advocate for shift-left quality practices and coach clients to adopt a quality mindset. This role offers the chance to influence team practices and mentor junior QAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advocate for quality built into software and shift left

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Quality Analyst on a development team
• Familiarity with TDD, BDD, CI/CD and test models
• Ability to design quality strategies for the team
• Knowledge of functional and cross-functional testing (including performance, security)
