Description

You will provide primary care to senior health patients across multiple offices in Atlanta, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, as well as occasional telehealth visits. Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to deliver high-quality, human-centered care.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Completed accredited residency program
• Valid medical license (or ability to obtain) in Georgia
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and via telehealth
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as needed
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care
