Description

You will lead the architecture and evolution of scalable web applications and shape the long-term technical foundation of Bluefish's AI marketing platform. Partnering with AI engineers, product managers, and designers, you'll translate ambiguous product ideas into robust, scalable systems, establish engineering standards, and mentor senior engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating production full-stack systems with large-scale architectural decisions
• Deep expertise with TypeScript and React shipping production systems end-to-end
• Experience or willingness to code with Python
• Experience designing and operating AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Proven ability to build high-throughput, fault-tolerant APIs with query optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and evolution of core product systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives aligning engineers around architectural direction
• Translate ambiguous product ideas into scalable technical solutions making pragmatic trade-offs
• Establish and uphold engineering standards across the stack including testing and observability
• Lead system scaling initiatives to support orders of magnitude growth
