🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply DPO (direct preference optimization) to pre-trained models.
• Adapt models to change conditioning inputs for extended capabilities.
• Build solutions for dubbing and evaluate lip-sync quality.
• Implement quantization, pruning and distillation for model efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in Computer Vision or Computer Science.
• Knowledge of recent advancements in post-training techniques (distillation, adversarial networks).
• Experience with generative models for images/videos (Diffusion/GAN).
• Strong coding skills in Python and modern ML frameworks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the avatar domain.
• Familiarity with SDLC tools like Git and CI/CD.
