• Own end-to-end business case for AI-driven CX transformations
• Lead customers in identifying and sequencing high-value AI use cases
• Design enterprise change strategies across people, process, and technology
• Deliver executive-ready presentations with strategic recommendations

📋 Requirements

• Enterprise business consulting experience in technology or CX software
• Demonstrated expertise advising on AI-enabled transformation
• Proven ability to build and defend complex financial models and ROI analyses
• Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders
