Description

Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure high-quality product delivery in a defense technology environment. You will drive inspection processes, develop standards, and collaborate across teams to enhance quality systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years Quality/Regulatory experience in Aerospace, Defense or Automotive
• 3+ years in management or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• U.S. Person status required

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors
• Train team members on inspection techniques and maintain training records
• Develop and maintain quality control standards
• Author and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Analyze data to identify improvement areas
