You'll join Theodo GovTech to design and develop digital products for public sector clients. You'll produce clean code through code review and pair programming, and solve problems using agile methods. The role offers clear growth paths to Tech Lead or Senior Engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce quality code with code review and pair programming
• Resolve issues through daily stand-ups and retrospectives
• Write automated tests for ticket-level quality
• Design smart solutions and lead user story conception

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years professional experience as a developer
• Mastery of full-stack concepts (front, back, database, infra, deployment)
• Interest in writing quality code
• Basic algorithmic knowledge
