You'll design composable identity systems for a high-growth security platform, tackling challenges at the intersection of security and scalability. Your work will enable enterprise customers to earn trust through robust authentication and authorization frameworks. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers
• Collaborate with Security on best practices for customer data
• Support design reviews and communicate constraints
• Mentor junior team members and act as cultural beacon

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience with backend development
• Authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML) or authorization frameworks (RBAC)
• Platform services that scale across multiple teams
• Complex technical migrations maintaining system stability

• Experience with identity federation concepts (SSO)
• Policy-based access control experience
• Data modeling for systems with complex relationships
