You will execute market research and lead generation for B2B opportunities across Zeus Fire and Security brands, design digital marketing campaigns, and track business development pipelines using CRM tools. This role is part of Access Holdings' ACE Program, focusing on driving growth for portfolio companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in business development, marketing or sales preferred.
  • Exceptional project management experience.
  • Passion for B2B sales and marketing and learning about new industries.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and interest in working in a small, entrepreneurial team.
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM and Digital Automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute thorough market research to identify potential targets for B2B lead generation.
  • Utilize various channels to generate leads and opportunities for B2B through cold calling and other techniques.
  • Design and execute digital marketing content and strategies in partnership with Portfolio Executives and Access Investment Professionals.
  • Reach out to potential B2B clients and partners through a multi-channel marketing approach.
  • Develop and design executive-level reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.
  • Track and manage B2B business development pipeline including lead qualification, follow-up activities, and progress tracking using CRM tools.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure sourcing and origination strategies are current and leveraged across all use-cases.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers within target B2B organizations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success.
