You'll build and scale a best-in-class sales enablement function at Numeral, an AI-native tax solution. Driving rep productivity and enterprise deal excellence across the GTM team, you'll architect the enablement engine for predictable revenue growth. This high-impact builder role directly shapes how digital businesses eliminate tax burdens.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own rep productivity, onboarding, and ongoing training programs
  • Drive sales methodology, qualification rigor, and pipeline discipline
  • Build competitive enablement against Avalara, Anrok, Vertex
  • Develop vertical and enterprise playbooks for upmarket motion

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales roles (Account Executive, Account Management)
  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting mid-market and enterprise sales teams
  • Demonstrated success improving rep productivity and win rates

  • Experience in fintech, tax, compliance, or infrastructure software
