You'll partner with prospective customers to evaluate CoLab's AI platform, demonstrating how it solves their mechanical design challenges. You'll drive value by delivering tailored demos and guiding evaluation periods. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success, making you a key voice for customer insights.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prepare and deliver engaging demos showcasing CoLab's value
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Understand customer workflows and map to CoLab capabilities
- Share customer insights with Product team
๐ Requirements
- Mechanical engineering background with real-world product development experience
- Industry domain expertise with knowledge of CAD/PLM tools
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, Marketing, CS
- Ability to translate engineering problems into business outcomes

- Previous solutions engineer experience
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, or medical devices
