You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives driving revenue in the SMB segment at a global payments platform. You will coach on deal strategy and closing while building scalable processes. This role offers high visibility shaping a key growth engine at an $8B fintech.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives
- Partner with outbound sales leader to refine ICPs and evaluate new verticals
- Drive best-in-class pipeline management and forecast accuracy
- Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and close planning
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record closing deals and managing SMB pipelines
- Commercial judgment to prioritize leads and forecast accurately
- Experience coaching AEs on closing and pipeline management
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience leading SMB sales in fintech or payments
- Ability to identify expansion opportunities in payment flows
- Experience leveraging AI tools for deal strategy
