You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives driving revenue in the SMB segment at a global payments platform. You will coach on deal strategy and closing while building scalable processes. This role offers high visibility shaping a key growth engine at an $8B fintech.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives
  • Partner with outbound sales leader to refine ICPs and evaluate new verticals
  • Drive best-in-class pipeline management and forecast accuracy
  • Coach AEs on discovery, negotiation, and close planning

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record closing deals and managing SMB pipelines
  • Commercial judgment to prioritize leads and forecast accurately
  • Experience coaching AEs on closing and pipeline management

  • Experience leading SMB sales in fintech or payments
  • Ability to identify expansion opportunities in payment flows
