💼 About This Role

You'll drive analytical decision-making to support Candid Health's fast-paced growth, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations. You'll define unit economics, optimize GTM motion, and build forecasting models for long-term strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead revenue forecasting and monthly reporting
• Drive board meeting narratives and investor relations
• Conduct TAM analysis and capital allocation decisions
• Implement AI-driven FP&A tools for automated forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience (strategic finance, IB, consulting, or buy-side)
• Experience owning forecasting and analytical decision making at a high growth company
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with SQL
• Ability to translate dense financial data into a story for non-finance stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enhanced financial planning tools
• Background in SaaS or healthcare technology
