You'll lead 360 marketing strategies for e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN in EMEA markets, focusing on go-to-market calendars and retailer marketing plans. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set 360 go-to-market calendar vision and strategy
• Lead marketing channel teams in campaign execution

📋 Requirements

• Located in Germany with willingness to travel
• BA/BS or equivalent required
• 5-6 years of relevant marketing campaign experience
• Fluent in German and English
