Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for Japan payroll
• Manage stakeholder relationships across teams
• Process full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, and compliance
• Ensure data integrity and perform accounting/reconciliations
• Mentor payroll specialists and improve processes
