Description
You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of all CRM activities in the U.S., driving customer growth, engagement, and retention for the Raisin.com savings platform. This high-impact leadership role involves building a best-in-class customer management function, leveraging analytics and experimentation to optimize the full customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of CRM/customer management experience with a track record of scaling programs
- Experience in D2C, fintech, financial services, ecommerce, or retail banking
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with hands-on KPI framework design
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Deep understanding of the U.S. savings or retail banking landscape
Responsibilities
- Set CRM Customer Management strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Drive analytics, performance measurement, and experimentation to optimize campaigns
- Own Voice of the Customer program and segmentation using behavioral data
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing CRM team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams
