🎯 What You'll Do

• Build small electrical sub-assemblies following work instructions
• Perform optic assembly with epoxy and UV curing
• Operate and maintain complex automated equipment
• Manage schedule priorities to meet deliverables

📋 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• 1+ years of hands-on work experience
• ITAR compliance (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years in electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing
• Associate degree
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and schematics
