You'll join a dynamic R&D team designing and deploying cutting-edge electro-mechanical systems for autonomous drones. You'll build complex assemblies, troubleshoot hardware, and ensure field readiness for defense technology products. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build complex electromechanical assemblies and integrate them into drone systems.
  • Perform precision PCB rework and cable assembly fabrication.
  • Support board-level bring-up and engineering verification testing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical assemblies and document issues.
  • Maintain lab organization and travel to supplier/test sites.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years experience as an engineering technician in R&D.
  • Solid background in electronics in robotics, defense, or avionics.
  • Hands-on experience with PCBA and wiring harness assembly.
  • Proficiency in PCB rework down to 0201 components.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Associate degree in electronics or electrical assembly.
  • Familiarity with IPC quality standards (IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620).
  • Experience with Altium, JIRA, or PLM software.
