You'll lead full-cycle event management for internal and external events, including flagship gatherings for 3,800+ employees. You'll bring creative concepts to life with clear briefs, realistic deadlines, and support from industry experts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate virtual, live, or hybrid events end-to-end
• Manage budgets with full accountability and cost-efficiency
• Develop event concepts, themes, and creative ideas
• Identify and invite high-profile speakers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing live and hybrid events
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Fluency in both English and Lithuanian
• Location in Vilnius, Lithuania
