• Schedule field service technicians daily
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Dispatch technicians to jobs
• Maintain customer database

📋 Requirements

• 1-5 years of customer service experience
• Hard work ethic and willingness to work OT
• Strong team mentality
• Experience in a customer-first environment
