💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and companionship to adults in their homes, helping them stay safe and independent. You'll follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse and develop close relationships with clients. This role offers flexible scheduling and training opportunities for certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care).
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks.

📋 Requirements

• Current HHA license in good standing with the New Jersey board.
• Minimum one year work experience.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
• Commitment to deliver patient care with compassion and reliability.

• Previous home health care or patient care experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
