💼 About This Role

You'll own the commercial layer of our go-to-market motion for industrial IoT products, shaping positioning and sales enablement. Your work will directly impact deal cycles by turning competitive intelligence into AE-ready materials. You'll partner closely with Sales and Product to ensure every launch is commercially compelling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product positioning and messaging for your product area.
• Lead win/loss analysis and translate findings into recommendations.
• Build competitive intelligence and sales enablement materials.
• Own product launch GTM in partnership with Product Enablement.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS PMM with sales enablement or competitive intelligence.
• Experience running win/loss programs and translating to GTM changes.
• Track record of leading end-to-end product launches with cross-functional alignment.
• Strong communication in Portuguese and English, writing for industrial buyers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in industrial tech, IoT, manufacturing, or maintenance.
• Experience in North America or Mexico markets.
• Familiarity with Gong, Salesforce, or similar sales intelligence platforms.
