Description

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Seen Health, you will deliver rehabilitative care to seniors under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, helping them maintain mobility and independence. You'll work in clinic, center, and home settings, and contribute to equipment maintenance and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant certification/licensure in California
• Experience with older adults, long-term care, or PACE populations preferred
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously in interdisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatments and exercise programs under PT supervision
• Deliver modality-based treatments (ultrasound, e-stim, thermotherapy)
• Conduct home visits for treatments and education
• Assist with equipment maintenance and organization
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
