💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers to deploy conversational agents on the ElevenLabs Agents Platform, advising on agent design and integrations. Your impact is driving net revenue retention through expanded multi-product adoption and cross-sell opportunities. This role offers a chance to work at the forefront of AI audio technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers on agent design and conversation flows for production deployment
• Analyze agent performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Drive expansion and cross-sell within enterprise account portfolio
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to convert technical success into revenue

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML
• Experience building and deploying AI agents
• Experience with API integrations and navigating SDKs
• Proven experience owning a revenue quota and closing cross-sell opportunities

• Experience with conversational AI platforms
• Knowledge of the Japan market and cultural nuances
• Strong technical and analytical skills
