💼 About This Role

You'll manage and scale Avicado's internal Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring systems are secure and reliable. You'll take ownership of M365, Entra ID, and Azure environments to support company growth. This role focuses on platform administration in a remote, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Microsoft 365 environments including licensing and user management
• Manage Entra ID identity, access, and security configurations
• Build and configure Azure environments for internal systems
• Automate system tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in systems administration with Microsoft focus
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management
• Hands-on experience building and managing Azure environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools like Power Automate or Logic Apps
• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and programming concepts
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
