🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee cross-functional teams in rocket motor development and production
• Manage program schedule, budget, and risk across multiple programs
• Maintain customer, supplier, and internal team relationships
• Oversee subcontractor performance and procurement process

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years managing complex technical systems through product lifecycle
• Track record managing multi-million-dollar projects on-time and on-budget
• Experience leading manufacturing and productization for aerospace/defense
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance

• BS in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of rocket motor systems and propulsion technologies
