💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end data center development projects at an energy transition company backed by Carlyle. You'll coordinate site selection, design, permitting, and utility integration to advance large-scale infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with asset management, energy markets, and finance teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage design, permitting, and utility coordination for data centers
• Evaluate sites for feasibility and infrastructure requirements
• Negotiate energy supply agreements and coordinate with utilities
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules

📋 Requirements

• 7 years project management in energy and infrastructure
• Experience in interconnection, energy markets, and substation infrastructure
• Ability to work from a hub location 3 days per week
• Authorization to work in the United States
