You'll lead a small team of mobile engineers building high-performance crypto wallet applications used globally. Your core impact is defining mobile architecture, scalability patterns, and security standards for next-generation DeFi apps. Additionally, you'll act as a technical mentor, guiding engineering best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and development of cross-platform mobile apps using React Native
• Drive architectural decisions and enforce coding standards
• Architect mobile foundations including state management and security
• Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs, SDKs, and blockchain services
• Oversee code quality through reviews and mentoring

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in React Native, React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proven track record of leading or mentoring mobile engineering teams
• Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and native build processes
• Experience integrating native modules with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java)
