💼 About This Role

You'll own key workflows in monthly management accounts for Crosslake's EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You'll drive continuous improvement in financial controls and scalable processes within a growing business. This hybrid role is based in Manchester city centre.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly management accounts and month-end journals
• Manage intercompany and foreign exchange accounting
• Analyse financial performance against budget
• Maintain balance sheet schedules and internal controls

📋 Requirements

• Part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years experience
• Strong grasp of accounting fundamentals in an international or multi-entity business
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (lookups, pivot tables)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

• Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
• VAT preparation experience
