You'll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards. You'll gain hands-on experience across the entire production cycle including plant care, environmental monitoring, and harvesting. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a well-rounded skill set in a rapidly growing industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, pruning
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for pests, disease, and quality; remove non-conforming plants
• Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, and recording inventory in electronic system

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience with harvesting in professional or home setting (gardening counts)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

• Knowledge of growing technologies: lighting, irrigation, soil, nutrients
