Description
You will lead and scale talent acquisition for SG&A functions at Anduril, developing strategies, optimizing processes, and partnering with C-level leaders to attract top-tier talent. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting for critical hires, directly supporting the company's mission-driven growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in Talent Acquisition with 4+ years in leadership or senior IC role
- Demonstrated success building/scaling recruiting functions in high-growth or technically complex organizations
- Deep expertise recruiting for SG&A functions including People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Executive-level
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders on hiring strategies and pipeline progress
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with experience leveraging ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and CRM
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and methodologies
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level and senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning
- Personally manage and close critical strategic and leadership-level requisitions
- Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and optimize performance
