Requirements

7-10 years of product management experience
2+ years managing a team of PMs
Track record driving subscription or retention programs
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of three Product Managers
Define and execute product strategy for Autoship Save program
Partner with Engineering, UX, Data and Marketing
Establish KPIs to measure penetration, engagement and lifetime value
Represent program at leadership forums
