You'll lead Toptal's AI Services business, combining data annotation, forward-deployed engineering, and enterprise AI transformation. You'll act as chief architect and operator, constructing frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and push the limits of what's possible for AI Services. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a world-class AI practice within a fully remote global network.

🎯 What You'll Do
