Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce features, develop custom Apex and Lightning Web Components, and ensure platform stability and performance. This role requires a full-stack mindset and involves mentoring teams and driving technical governance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of deep Salesforce development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions)

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-scale features across Sales and Service Cloud
• Develop high-performance Apex Trigger Frameworks and Lightning Web Components
• Build and customize Experience Cloud sites with secure data visibility
• Own platform health, incident response, and system stability
• Design and support integration patterns and APIs for data flow
