You'll own the end-to-end management of all-flash storage ecosystems, ensuring sub-millisecond latency for AI training and HPC workloads. You'll lead the administration of VAST Data and Pure Storage environments, focusing on availability, scaling, and operational excellence. Your work provides the reliable data backbone for sustainable GPU clusters powering the AI revolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage VAST Data and Pure Storage arrays end-to-end.
• Monitor IOPS, throughput, and latency to prevent bottlenecks.
• Execute non-disruptive upgrades and hardware refreshes.
• Handle data protection via snapshots and replication.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of storage administration experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with VAST Data or Pure Storage in production.
• Deep understanding of NFS, SMB, and NVMe-oF protocols.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for automation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Pure1 or VAST VMS/Insight.
• Familiarity with Slurm or Kubernetes CSI storage integration.
• Prior multi-petabyte environment experience.
