Description
You will drive market success for ServiceNow's Moveworks AI products built on the ServiceNow platform. You'll support territory strategy, coach account teams on specialty solution knowledge, and help customers envision the value of digital transformation.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in specialty solutions area ROI and leading solution wins
- Experience as an AE or in alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- 30-50% travel required
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes
Responsibilities
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding and account use case targeting
- Provide input to AE during account planning aligned with Now Value principles
- Help customers envision digital transformation value by partnering with account team and partners
- Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE on specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities
- Customize time allocation responsibilities to territory and account team needs
