💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end development of complex systems and lead technical initiatives to build an AI tooling ecosystem for all engineering teams at OVO. Your work will shape the architecture of MCP servers, security controls, and plugin ecosystem, driving scalable, high-quality software that pushes the company forward.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive architectural vision for key features and technical roadmap.
• Champion best practices through code reviews and automated testing.
• Lead and mentor engineers fostering continuous learning.
• Translate complex projects into clear executable tasks within Agile.

📋 Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience developing software in agile environment.
• Expertise in designing scalable microservices with Node.js, Python, TypeScript.
• Proven experience with AI tools (Claude Code), MCP, LLM integration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
