You'll define Monte Carlo's AI observability category narrative at a moment enterprises are deciding who leads AI reliability. You'll craft positioning that lands with technical practitioners and executive buyers, and build GTM plans for new product releases. This is a high-leverage role where you own the story end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own AI observability category narrative across launches and campaigns
• Craft differentiated positioning for technical and executive audiences
• Build and execute GTM plans for new product releases
• Track competitive landscape and create battlecards
• Equip sales team with objection-handling guides and training

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in product marketing with observability background preferred
• AI fluency using tools like Claude in daily work
• Sales enablement experience building battlecards and objection handlers
• Category creation or market redefinition experience
