You'll provide school-based speech and language services as an SLP. You'll partner with schools to create high-impact support systems for students with diverse needs. Thrive Therapies offers a data-driven, relational approach to related services in public education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy to students
• Collaborate with school staff on support plans
• Assess and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and planning

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology
• Current CCC from ASHA
• Active Washington state license
• Pass background check before employment
