You'll drive strategic new business acquisition for Odaseva's Enterprise Data Platform, leading complex sales cycles with global companies. Your core impact is executing value-based selling to establish Odaseva as a trusted partner for data resilience and compliance. You'll collaborate across C-suite, IT, legal, and business stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Conduct executive-level discovery with net-new enterprise prospects.
- Co-create transformation roadmaps aligning Odaseva solutions with business outcomes.
- Manage high-quality new-business pipeline using CRM insights.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (solution engineering, marketing, legal) to close deals.
📋 Requirements
- 8-12 years SaaS experience with enterprise sales.
- Mastery of value-based selling and qualification methodologies.
- Deep understanding of enterprise data challenges (privacy, compliance, governance).
- Proven ability to build and forecast a new-business pipeline.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in storage backup and data solutions.
- Salesforce ecosystem expertise (Data Cloud, AI, Platform).
- Master's degree in Business or Technology.
